Free shipping

Premium X Motors currently offers free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement. Oversize engines and powertrain packages may ship by freight; delivery appointments, liftgate service, and suitable unloading access may still be required.

Order processing

Orders are reviewed for payment, availability, delivery access, and product compatibility information when needed. Estimated handling and transit times shown at checkout or provided after order review are estimates, not guarantees.

Freight and parcel delivery

Large engines and transmission combinations may ship by freight. Freight deliveries may require a valid phone number, appointment, adult recipient, and suitable unloading access. Liftgate, residential, limited-access, or inside-delivery services may add charges.

Delivery availability

Free shipping applies to the available standard or freight method shown at checkout. Extremely remote, restricted, or undeliverable locations may require a different arrangement; we will contact you before fulfillment and will not add charges without your approval.

Inspection on delivery

Inspect packages before signing. Note visible damage on the carrier receipt, photograph the shipment and packaging, and contact us promptly at info@premiumxmotors.com or (470) 974-0720. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
